Your first personal training session - for you or with a partner or couple of friends - is free, no strings attached.

Training, including a personal programme, phone and email support, nutritional and weight management advice and advice on exercising outside our sessions together, is £55 per hour. Book a block of 10 - to be taken whenever you want to - for £500. Train with a partner or couple of friends and share the cost - we'll design a programme to help you reach your goals together.
Sometimes it's preferable to exercise in the comfort of your own home and I'm very happy to come to you to train. Sessions are available across central London and cost £60 per hour or £550 for a 10-session programme with additional support in between sessions.
Taster sessions are free. Learn to Nordic walk is a four session course (one hour per week) and costs £60. Don't worry if you know you'd miss a session - we can fit them in around holidays and time away. Walking poles are provided.
Once you've got the hang of the technique, join a Nordic walking class and enjoy walking with a friendly group in Hyde Park or along the River Thames.
Classes cost £10 with poles included, or £7 if you have your own poles - and just pay on the day. Book 10 sessions - to be taken whenever and wherever you like - and get 2 more free.
